“The most exciting part of my day is assisting, educating and mentoring the sales team through the development of custom work. The majority of my time is spent on different projects that require custom engineering and design solutions. The Chicago O’Hare Airport project included a screenwall with custom attachments that required individual adjustments. We coordinated with the installer to field measure and miter-cut each blade, making this one of our most custom solutions. At CS, it’s not simply about answering a need—it’s about showing why we do what we do.”

“My work is all about building a relationship of trust with our representative network and our collective customers—that’s important because we work so closely every day. I feel accomplished when I’ve gone through a transition with a new office and built a strong bond. It takes time and consistency, and it allows me to get to know people on both a personal and professional level. Sometimes we have projects with multiple challenges and obstacles, and it’s a great achievement when I can partner with a representative and customer to design a resolution.”
